I am starving today. But I'm controlling myself and not pigging out. I need to watch my not-so-girlish figure. I seriously need to lose weight. I just don't even know where to begin.

  1. Calories, count them. Its a starting place thats a pain at first, but it really does teach you portion control!! It will seriously change the way you see food!
